ShopaService books, confirms and manages all reservations in real time. If a customer books any service from our portal, they are instantly confirmed due to the fact that our service providers offer live inventory on the portal via direct access.

Our Real-time Booking Engine gives you full peace of mind that your booked slot is now reserved just for you. Once the Customer makes a booking on our portal, both the Service Provider and Customer are instantly notified and a unique Booking ID is generated. This slot is then automatically unloaded from the available inventory.

5. We promise to offer you Direct Contact with our CEO

We practice an online, open-door policy. Any ShopaService customer or stakeholders who believe they need access to the CEO are always welcome to have it.

24 Hours CEO Contact means access to a dedicated email ceo@shopaservice.com to contact our CEO with any concerns or general feedback. All emails are reviewed and responded to by the Office of the CEO within 24 hours.
