Sage is located in Park Slope, at 405 Fifth Avenue (between 7th and 8th streets), on the 2nd Floor.

By Subway: take either the R, or F trains, both of which, stop at 9th Street and 4th Avenue, (R train stop is 9th st and the F train stop is 4th Ave).

When you get off the subway, you're only one block away, so walk up to Fifth Ave, turn left, and then just 1.5 short blocks to 405 Fifth Avenue. We are located between 7th and 8th streets.

Standard Reservations: We require a valid credit card to reserve all appointments. If you must cancel for any reason, please allow at least 24 hours notice. or you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reserved treatments under your credit card. Same Day Reservations are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. With less that 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reserved treatments under your credit card. Treatment times & prices are subject to change without notification.

Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, MC and Visa.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. If you are unhappy for any reason, do not feel obliged to tip (though we ask that you let us know so we can address the problem and make amends), but if you loved your session, please be considerate of your therapist and show your appreciation. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk.
