By Subway & Bus:
Q or B Subway Line to "Kings Highway". Exit onto East 16th street and board the B2 bus (just outside subway station), and take a short, 5 minute bus ride to East 31st street. Upon exiting bus, cross the street and walk north one block to Quentin Road.

#2 Subway Line to Nostrand Avenue & Flatbush avenue station, (last stop). Exit onto Nostrand avenue and board the B44 bus (going towards "Emmons Ave.") Take a short 5 minute bus ride to Quentin Road, go across the street , and walk down Quentin Road to 3013 address.

By Car:
from the Bronx & North: Whitestone Bridge to Van Wyck Expwy south...to Belt Pkwy west...to exit 11n ("Flatbush avenue north")...go north along Flatbush avenue to Quentin Road...turn left onto Quentin Road...go approximately 13 blocks to 3013 Quentin Road

from Manhattan: Brooklyn Battery Tunnel...stay on your left lane ...exit onto the Prospect Expwy on the left si de of highway. Continue on Prospect Expwy to Ocean Pkwy. Stay on Ocean Pkwy...turn left onto Avenue N...continue on Avenue N to Nostrand avenue...turn right onto Nostrand avenue...Go to Marine Parkway...turn left onto Marine Parkway...go two blocks to Quentin Road.

There is a 50% fee for same-day cancellations or no shows. For Yoga classes and other workshops, there is a full fee charged for same-day cancellations or no shows. A credit card or cash deposit is required to secure your reservation. For group bookings of 3 or more persons, we require 48 hours notice to avoid late cancellation fees. For spa parties, 7 days notice is required for cancellations and/or changes. The credit card holder agrees to be responsible for any cancellation fees incurred by anyone in his or her group or party.
