Cancellations/Spa Packages - Spa Packages scheduled that need to be cancelled must be done 48 hours prior to first appointment time. In the event of not being present for a scheduled package, and not canceling 48 hours prior, will result in voiding 50% of the worth of the gift certificate, which will be transferred into a dollar amount. A Gift Certificate number is required when booking Spa Packages.
