Virgin Mobile USA is finally making some big inroads into the American cell phone scene. The company has just recently launched pay-as-you-go broadband service in the country. Of course, they are relying on another network's services. This time, it is Sprint's EV-DO Rev. A network. The good thing is that you don't have to subscribe to a monthly or yearly service. The Novatel USB modem will cost $149 from retail stores. Following are the rates/packages offered by the company.

Under this package, customers will be allowed to use 100 MB of data in a 10-days period. The price is $10.

• 250 MB package

Under this deal, 250 MB of data is available for a 30-days period. The price is $20.

• 600 MB package

This package is also valid for 30 days. The price is $40.

• 1 GB package

The highest coverage is available under this plan. Price is $60. Additional data can be added using a credit car or the company's Top-up card. The offers starts from late June.
